Thriller Conventions
Plot: The thriller genre roughly follows the same plot. Mainly it consist of a mystery being solved normally because the main criminal has murdered there victim and the detectives have try to solve the problem like who has done it. There are normally also big plot twists. for instance a plot twist could be one of the detectives is close to solving the crime and then the murderer kills him leaving the other detective to solve both crimes.
Themes:Useually the theme in a thriller is mystery.The mystery is normally someone has been killed and someones trying to find out who killed that person. because of this Murder is also another main heme of a thriller film.
Characters: Normally in a thriller the characters are Victem, family of victem, murderer,detective and ohters.
Soundtrack: Normally no music but when there is there will be high pitched music.
Cinematography: They use long shots for secret and close ups for emotion.
Editing:faced paced as there is normally alot of action going on.
